Hussam Al-Zahrani

I believe the first step in treatment is understanding each patient’s needs by assessing their condition, abilities, and goals. Our true role is to support and guide them toward those goals through active collaboration between therapist and patient. To achieve this, we use a range of evidence-based methods to reduce pain, increase strength, and improve functional mobility and quality of daily life. Our approaches may include manual therapy, appropriate therapeutic exercises, dry needling in selected cases, and electrotherapy. “Your body is your best guide—it continually tells you what is happening through pain or sensation, and it knows what suits you and what doesn’t.”
